SKILT DLM Series Core Mechanisms and Technological Advantages (How to Ensure Straight Labeling?): Because oval or rectangular bottles are prone to slight angular shifts or wobbling as they move on the conveyor belt, the SKILT double-sided labeling machine is equipped with the following four key dedicated mechanisms to ensure ultra-high precision (typically within ±1mm) of absolute parallelism between the front and back labels:

①　Chain Aligning Device: Before the product enters the labeling area, a pair of synchronously aligned double-pitch chains on both sides clamp and force-align the bottle, correcting its angle and ensuring each bottle moves forward with a perfectly consistent horizontal posture.

②　Top Holding Belt / Top Pressing Belt: After the bottle is aligned, a top holding belt that operates synchronously with the conveyor belt firmly presses the bottle down from directly above, preventing displacement or tipping due to lateral forces as the bottle passes the labeling head.

③　Dual Independent Labeling Heads: The left and right labeling heads are completely independently controlled, driven by a high-performance PLC and servo/stepper motors. Users can individually adjust the label dispensing speed, delay time, and height on the left or right side via the touchscreen.

④　Elastic Wiping/Rolling System: After label dispensing, rigid or highly elastic sponge wheels and brushes on both sides dynamically rub and smooth the label. For elliptical bottles with a certain curvature, a customized pneumatic curved surface labeling mechanism can be used to ensure a perfect fit between the label and the bottle, without air bubbles or curling edges.

Common Derivative Multifunctional Configurations:

Many production lines not only need to label both sides but also containers of other shapes. Therefore, modern high-end double-sided labeling machines mostly have the expansion capability of "one machine for multiple uses": 

1) Double Sides & Round Bottle Labeling Machine: By adding a round bottle wrapping belt mechanism to the production line, a one-button switch can instantly transform the double-sided labeling machine into a "round bottle circumferential labeling machine," perfectly compatible with square, flat, and round bottles.

2) Multi-label linkage (three-label/four-label system): Some high-end daily chemical lines will add an extra labeling head on the top or side of the double-sided labeling machine to achieve "front side + back side + top surface (bottle cap)" or "front side + back side + neck (neck label)"to be completed in one go on the same production line.
