SKIILT high-speed continuous-motion machine designed specially for labeling and re-nesting clamshells and trays,
with tray counting functionality for distribution.
The system utilizes a four-arm, four-stop patented secondary motion rotary placer for picking of clamshell.
One tamp-style labeller is integrated with this machine to label the lid top, or two tamp-style labellers integrated to label both the lid and the base together.
Advanced automated equipment for high-speed, precise, and consistent labeling. Integrating mechanical, electrical, sensor, and pneumatic systems, the label replacement without stopping machine structure enables continuous high-throughput processing, suitable for large-scale production.
