High-speed egg box labeling machines are specialized packaging systems built to apply adhesive labels to paper or plastic egg trays at rapid production rates (typically 60 to 120+ containers per minute).

 Because empty egg box are highly unstable on standard conveyor lines, high-speed models must integrate advanced automated feeding, positive orientation, and continuous collection systems to maintain absolute accuracy without crushing the product.

Core High-Speed Structural Features :

To maintain stability and prevent line jams at high speeds, SKILT machines utilize three critical automated modules:

 1) Automatic De-nesting & Feeding Device: egg trays are often tightly stacked together when manufactured. An automated friction feeder or vacuum-suction de-nester separates the stacked egg tray one by one and drops them perfectly spaced onto the intake conveyor.

 2) Positive Alignment & Top-Stabilizing Belts For Labeling : Once on the line, side-guiding chains or dual side-holding belts align the egg tray. A synchronized overhead top-holding belt clamps down gently from above, ensuring the lightweight plastic does not shift, flutter, or slide when moving past the high-speed label dispenser.

 3) Automatic Stacking & Collection Device: After labeling, a high-speed discharge system uses side-pacing wheels or a descending chute to re-stack the finished egg box neatly together, minimizing manual labor at the end of the line.

 Functional Overview:

* Receive stacked empty egg box.
* Automatically separate or denest each box.
* Apply a self-adhesive label to the box top surface.
* Restack or collect the box after labeling.
